Pool and Sports Zone Neighborhood Oasis of the Seas

The Pool and Sports Zone neighborhood on Oasis of the Seas is truly a playground for passengers of all ages and is a lot of fun!   It features 4 different types of pools, private cabanas, and two Flow Rider surf simulators.  Around these 4 pools are 4 bars which feature all of your favorite drinks.  Also included in this area is a sloped entry Beach Pool, where passengers are able to wade into the water or relax in beach chairs at the edge.  There is a whirlpool on each side of the Beach Pool for passengers who prefer warmer waters.  The Main Pool is located on the opposite side of the ship and is also flanked by two whirlpools.

Families with children will love the interactive aquatic playground called the  H2O Zone.  The giant octopus with its water-spraying tentacles make this area easy to spot.  Other water spouting creatures are found throughout this zone too.  Adult and child sized lounge chairs are scattered throughout this area.  Parents and toddlers will love the infant and toddler pool.

The Sports Pool, which offers afternoon water team sports like basketball, badminton and water polo, will be a hit with the older crowd. The morning hours are dedicated to lap swimming.

For the adventurous passengers, the first ever zip-line at sea is found on this deck.  Other sports opportunities are the rock climbing wall, nine-hole miniature golf course, ping-pong, and the Sports Court, which allows for friendly games of basketball and volleyball.

Adults looking for a calming, peaceful spot on board will find it in the Solarium, which covers 2 decks.  This adults-only space offers a swimming pool, two whirlpools, and four cantilevered whirlpools suspended 136 feet above the ocean.  The new Solarium Bistro offers casual fare from the Vitality spa menu during the day, and transforms into a specialty dining area with dancing in the evening.  As you can see, this neighborhood is one of the most active, exciting decks on the ship!
